ここは、メディアでもよく取り上げられていて、食材をイタリアから取り寄せているというこだわりのレストランだ。
"Buona sera!" という店のスタッフの笑顔に迎えられ、洗練された内装と大きなワインセラーに圧倒され、席に案内される。気分はすでに期待で高まっている。
アンティパストに長く口にしていなかったパルマ産の生ハムをオーダーし、
前菜2種、カペッリーニ、ラム肉にデザートというコースをいただいた。
物価を考えるとお値段もかなり高いが、味もサービスも最高だった。
また、行きたいと思った。
For celebration of my birthday, we had a dinner at the Ristorante Italiano I'd wanted to go, Garibaldi.
The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the ingredients imported directly from Italy, and often has been featured by media.Welcomed by the staff with greeting of "Buona sera!" and dazzled by the sophisticated interior and the huge wine cellar, we were seated at the table. I was already uplifted with expectation.
We ordered a dish of prosciutto crudo di Parma which I hadn't put into my mouth for some time. And we had a course of dinner with two antipasti, capellini, lamb, desert, and coffee.
Considering prices in the country, that was little expensive but both its taste and service were ottimo.
I think that I want to be there again.
